This notice covers the public Regoscope website and discovery-call enquiry flow operated by Dotnitron Technologies. Customer workspace processing is governed by the applicable product agreement and data-processing terms.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, organisation, role, team size, jurisdictions, monitoring challenge, timing, referral information, and campaign attribution. Hosting and analytics providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and page activity.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, evaluate product fit, schedule a meeting, improve the website, measure acquisition channels, prevent abuse, and meet legal or security obligations.
4. Service providers
The site may use Vercel for hosting and analytics, Formspree for form delivery, and Google Calendar and Google Meet for scheduling. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Sensitive information
Do not submit client-confidential documents, policyholder data, credentials, health information, special-category personal data, or regulated records through the public form. A secure route will be agreed separately if product evaluation requires protected material.
6. Retention and disclosure
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for sales follow-up, legitimate business records, security, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers, professional advisers, authorities when required, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
